Its unique oxygenated formula leaves fabric free of any trace of the ink smudge. Unlike other cured ink removers, TS-3 Spot Cleaning Fluid is a full-strength product and does not contain any petroleum hydrocarbon "fillers." This ensures that the ink marks are removed using a minimum of product.
